We are using Wrike daily in our organization. It's a great tool to organize the communication between multiple teams, track the hours and separate a different projects. It also allows to effectively manage multiple assignments for the teams that are working on many different projects and campaigns. We use it to communicate all the important updates daily, as often as the email.

I work as a graphic designer and get assigned different tasks in Wrike, from minor to big. It's a great way for us to keep track of what needs to get done and where in the process we are, and it gives me personally an excellent overview of what I need to tackle first. I also find it helpful to see who created the task when questions arise.

Our project manager uses it as the hub of all communications, project tracking, and timesheets. From big go-to-markets to small turnarounds projects, it can flex to all needs. It needs a steady hand to manage it, but it is a powerful tool that works for our day-to-day work. It's not the most intuitive for all users, but its power once set up is immense.

I mainly use Wrike to track my tasks across my team. As we are a company that has a lot of virtual teammates we have to make sure to keep everything documented as there are a lot of orders/tasks that have to be tracked. Also something we find really useful is the request form that is redirected to the correct area of the company for a fast response.

We used Wrike as an efficiency tool in an advertising agency. It helped organize feedback from a multitude of stakeholders by task, which was previously disorganized and distributed via a combination of email and Slack. It also helps enforce a more formalized process for kicking off jobs, by requiring certain intakes.

I work as head of web development in a very diverse company that aim to deliver full service to clients who pretty much needs an entire marketing department. As I specialize in the web department our needs align very much with what Wrike offers. Besides from general kanban boards, dashboards, gantt charts, we have also set up multiple request forms, automated tasks, reminders and are using Wrike for both resource planning and budget tracking. What we really find strength in Wrike is how much it has helped us keep track of tasks, history and progress. My question is usually "Is there a Wrike?", and also encourage my own team with the following, to make their time tracking easier by saying "Don't work on it, unless there's a Wrike about it". It's quite rigid, and we're not always able to pull through with it, but it has increased our billable and efficiency by quite a lot.

We use Wrike as a tracking tool among various departments within the Company in a variety of ways. Some departments use it as a checklist, others as a full-fledged project management tool. It's also the way our IT department comments on the status of various projects instead of having notes spread out between email, chat, OneNote, etc.

In our organization, we have an onshore team in Sydney and remote teams across many different countries. Wrike makes it easy and convenient for our teams to collaborate and streamline workflows. We also use Wrike to send requests to our design team through customized forms. Within our marketing department, we have multiple teams so we have created dedicated folders for each and within them, we have boards for projects, campaigns, members, etc. It's quite complex and that is the best part about Wrike. It allows us to run a complex system smoothly.

We use Wrike as a tool to track the life of creative work through our agency. From job initiation, building timelines, tracking hours and dedicating resources, it allows us to manage, bill and report with one tool. We use the dashboard feature to track the status of jobs in an effective way based on the different roles in our agency. We are able to build robust timelines that are as flexible and automated as we need them to be.

As a professional services engineer on a CCaaS provider company, we document our customers' requirements and create project plans based on how long we implement each product. With Wrike, we can use available project plan templates to make our project timelines on each of our customers. Aside from this, we also create test cases on which we need to share it with our customers and monitor the status of each test case. With Wrike, we can document those test cases easily for both us and our customers.

I use Wrike to manage projects and track time spent on tasks. Our projects in Wrike are created using blueprints and request forms. The use of request forms to create projects allows external users to submit a request that automatically creates a project, saving a lot of time for project managers. Time tracking is used to show where users spend their time and budget correctly.

We use it in order to create different projects that are handled by various teams, all the essential information are stored there and on top of that we log how much time was needed for each task.
It's very convenient. We also have dedicated boards per team, which facilitates the smooth flow of simultaneous/multiple different projects.

Our organization uses Wrike as our primary source for project management, task assignment, time management, and collaboration between departments within the global Employer Branding team. Regarding the business problems related to Marketing-Employer Branding that Wrike helps us address, I would highlight the following: - Planning and executing marketing campaigns. - Planned and executed employer branding events. - Managing social media content. - Task assignation within the team and tracking the workload so we ensure a balance among the team members.

Wrike is used in our team to keep track of activities or tasks, for instance, campaigns to be launched, we divide the process into stages, like a list of leads creation, template creation, and launching .. so we keep track of the process on Wrike. Also, we use it to have info updated for our management team, for instance, we keep track of the accounts that we are currently targeting.

Wrike is used by our entire company, across leisure and corporate brands. I lead the global design team, and we use Wrike to manage workflow and design requests briefed in by our global marketing team. Wrike helps us effectively manage workflow and keep on top of large projects and campaigns, as a manager it gives me the visibility I need to assign tasks based on capacity, the reports are also a great way to view total tasks completed per month.

The use of Wrike was company-wide; Wrike served as the unified platform for all teams, from marketing to finance. As a company with over 3,000 employees, all our processes and projects were managed and organized within Wrike. Personally, in my role, Wrike was heavily utilized for organizing designers' agendas and project management. However, within the system, all teams were able to be served and had their workflow facilitated by Wrike. An extremely positive aspect of the tool is that you can access tasks and requests from other teams. In my previous company, this wasn't possible cause each team used a different platform and tool to control and keep up with their demands, so other teams didn't have free access to it. With Wrike, teams can collaborate on each other's projects without having the trouble of changing systems, it's rare to find a platform structure that can be suitable for all departments like Wrike is.

Our organization primarily uses Wrike as a project management tool to streamline our Marketing workflows, collaborate on tasks, and track progress across various teams and projects. It helps us manage projects from initiation to completion by providing a centralized platform where team members can create, assign, and track tasks. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and deadlines are met.

We used Wrike for project coordination but found it lacking. While it purports to offer systematic planning and task management, the platform was often cumbersome, with task requesting and receiving more convoluted than streamlined. Despite its intent to simplify project management, it sometimes added layers of complexity, leading to communication snags within teams and delays in addressing project elements. The interface, rather than clarifying, sometimes muddled priorities, and the monitoring of deadlines occasionally fell short of expectations, detracting from overall productivity and effectiveness.

Wrike has historically been used by different departments in our organization as a basic process management tool. A few departments had utilized more of Wrike capabilities, but that wasn't wide-spread within our organization. This is changing! Once a few core associates began to share their experiences with Wrike with other associates, a buzz started. There is now an electricity and excitement when associates hear about all of the different ways their departments can organize, standardize, and streamline their work flows. When department leaders start looking into ways to increase efficiencies and transparency within their department as well as with other departments, Wrike is always in those discussions. We have over 700 Wrike users in our organization now and have seen a large increase in the number of active users as well as total activity in Wrike.

We use it to organize our workflow between different areas in the Brand team (marketing, employer brand, design, digital properties, SEO, Content, etc). We produce all campaigns, assets and content using Wrike, with each team following their own workflow and then interacting with other teams via assigning task cards to them and following up.
