Eventbrite has improved their customer support recently. They've made a big effort to reconnect with customers since last year. When Covid hit, they pivoted quickly into virtual and made free registration possible for virtual meetings. Before Covid it was hard to reach anyone for support, but now I can tell they have people connecting with customers once again. It's interesting because they have specialists who focus only on one area of the platform, such as marketing or payments. The specialists can't help with areas outside their expertise, but they are good at helping customers understand how to use the platform for specific functions.

I haven't yet needed to contact customer support, but the information provided next to the various features has been exceptionally helpful. This info is located just to the right of most options, and it provides answers to frequently asked questions. At this point, that information has been enough to keep me from having to contact anyone.

Eventbrite is a wildly popular events platform. I have found quite a bit of information on how to use it via the internet. There are several sites that enable new users to learn and become accustomed to the platform. However, I would say the platform does a really good job of walking new users through the initial experience of creating a successful event.

I do not have a rating to give because I have never actually used Eventbrite support. I have never need to which may also be seen as a huge plus. All the features are pretty self-explanatory. I learned more and more with increased use. Perhaps some tutorials on mastering the platform would be helpful. If some already exist I am not aware of them.

Every exchange I've had with Eventbrite's customer support team has been very satisfactory. I'm docking it a point, however, because the help section and method of contacting support changes from time to time and it can be difficult to find a clear answer to my question or the link to the contact information I'm looking for.

I give them a "10" because they truly listen to us, the customer. They also treat people like family. They take in and care about my feedback. With my experience in software and apps, I have encountered a lot of ambivalence when I am giving feedback. Eventbrite has a commitment to excellence that is quite difficult to match!

I rate a 5 because I see both sides of the support spectrum. It depends on the number of events your company hosts and puts on per year and that will determine whether companies use Eventbrite or prefer a more customized database to work with.

Their support articles are excellent, so we've barely ever had to reach out to Eventbrite's support team. In the rare instance that we have to reach out, they were very prompt to respond via email and resolved our issues quickly. They anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed.

I've always been able to find answers to my questions on their page; it's always been very easy and pretty user-friendly! I have not had to contact support to wait for a resolution, as I haven't ever needed to do something very complicated. The only time I needed support was when I needed to add another user, and it was very simple!

Our plan allows for an account specialist which helps, but even the standard support is quick. Customer billing issues are handled by Eventbrite with a chance for us to "challenge" the dispute as needed. We also have the ability to do refunds on our end.

I have only had to contact Eventbrite support a few times, but each time I have done so they have been on top of things. They actually worked with me to add a feature that was needed for an event, and that I still use to this day. I think they really treat their customers nicely.

Their support team could use a bit of help, especially when we paid for development services. Their team was extremely disappointing as they are very slow to respond and do not listen well to requests. The account manager was also not very helpful and did not seem to care when the team did not deliver as expected.

I scored Eventbrite with a 9 because it's an incredibly reliable platform for managing and planning events. It was intuitive and user-friendly - the learning curve was more than manageable! Overall, it smoothed out the workflow for us, was a great save of time, and was cost-effective for what we need to do. Getting help, when needed, was also very easy and accessible. Beyond that, I really can't praise the metrics enough - we are able to obtain incredible data points from our attendees, which has enabled us to improve processes over the year.
