  • It has never been down in the last 3 year. So there has been no outages.
  • It has been cost effective as multiple sites can be hosted on the same server.
  • Support has been good, they have replied to my questions. Though questions have been very few.

  • I don't have hard numbers. But I can say we've tested at least half a dozen different technologies/platforms that we wouldn't have bothered with if it weren't so easy/cheap and that of those, we make active use of two.

  • Positive tradeoff on added reliability and speed, monthly pricing enabled proof of concepts and demos to be quantified and priced.
  • Does require a bit of a higher skill on the operations and admin side. This often means a higher cost, but the medium to long term ROI is positive.

  • We have been able to scale up and down (due to Covid) as required very easily with very little outlay or changes to our bottom line.
  • The fact of our ability to own the data on our server is more important than ever, because what is cloud based services but someone else's computer.
  • And while this is someone else' hardware, its independently yours for the duration of your usage with them, your server delivering your data
  • No locked in contracts have enabled us to be very agile in the way we operate
