Re-usable templates are the most used feature by us. We also used the content library to get a good head start on our initial design and it also provides useful insights on other pages you can add to your documents to make them more useful for clients. Embedded signatures were a must have feature for us and it really makes it easy for clients to return the documents signed vs the traditional pdf sent via email.

The reusable templates have helped speed up our enrollment process process. As well as having the information automatically generated into the document from HubSpot.

I have no doubt that proposals are extremely efficient through PandaDoc based on my experience with PandaDoc usage!
Reusable templates, content library, and embedded eSignatures.

Any of these forms can be embedded with automated workflow and have been very helpful and time saving.
I fully recommend use of PandaDoc for all of your form usage.

Proposals are easy to generate and duplicate for use as templates. The content library is good and so are the API integrations. E-signatures work quite well. Notifications are straight and to the point. PandaDoc definitely speeds up the process for the business and the client. One other thing I’d point out is their real time mobile notifications are excellent.

I use templates extensively, and their template library often provides a good starting point. The content library is critical, as it allows you to organize, find and reuse critical content components. The eSignature capability means clients aren't struggling to sign-off documents, and I generally get signed documents back quickly, or know where they got stuck. The Hubspot integration is absolutely critical to our operations.

Reusable Templates allows users to create a standard document format that can be reused multiple times. This is particularly useful for contracts, proposals, and other common documents. Content Library feature streamlines the process of document creation as users can quickly drag and drop these elements into new documents, ensuring consistency and saving time.Embedded eSignatures is a key feature that allows recipients to sign documents electronically. This speeds up the approval process significantly as it eliminates the need for physical document handling, mailing, or in-person meetings for signatures. Documents can be sent, signed, and returned in a fraction of the time it would take traditionally.

Currently, it is used with pre existing documents to send out to the vendor, new hires, CEO, VicePresidents, Etc. but it's so easy to manipulate and manage even from different persons, not really necessary to have training before to use it, it's very intuitive for every single person who has an account to create and send documents.

I usually don't use Pandadoc to create proposals, contract documents, and quotes. I upload contracts created by me on word or pdf and use it to have them digitally signed. So I really cannot talk from experience in this matter, but from what I've seen, it's pretty good and might help. Since we have our own templates that need reviewing with clients prior to the signature, I don't use Pandadoc for those instances.

Templates are huge - and with the connection to Hubspot I can create proposals directly from the CRM which populates all the necessary fields. I can literally make a proposal in a handful of minutes before adding customized language. Getting from CRM to workable proposal that fast is a huge time saver, and provides a level of accuracy for the important information that is comforting.

Overall it is very helpful, I have not utilised the templates as much as I should, as I just upload my current contracts and make the amendments necessary to have it signed.

Embedded signatures make it very easy and useful, as I've never had complaints from clients that have signed any documents.

Having master templates with variables as space holders has reduced human error. Leveraging the content library items helps with repeatable interchangeable content such as use cases and terms and conditions. There's also smart content where you can use a block to save space for different content library items. This reduced the need to have multiple templates. Integrating it with Salesforce allowed for a seamless process for the sales team and saved so much time. When the document was complete, it would save a pdf into the opportunity. Then through automations, it can be saved to an external folder for other teams to view and prepare for deliverables.

Pandadoc is great for creating Proposals, contracts and quotes.

We heavily leverage the quotes, templates and content library to quickly create documents based on our requirements. It is also amazing to have the signature workflows ensuring that contracts are signed and sent to the right people across the business quickly.

We also leverage the eforms for some automated contractual agreements which saves even more time for our Sales and Support individuals.

Although our team is always sending quotes; everyone's quote isn't the same. PandaDoc allows you to send quotes with the same aesthetic even though the information is different. The templates allow you to create uniformity across the company when information is being shared so that it doesn't appear as if you are receiving information from several different sources.

If you have a template and only need to make changes to the dynamic fields (name, address, etc) it works very well. The level of integration we have with Salesforce is absolutely seamless, which is very useful for our team to have omnichannel transparency.

However, we spend far too much time fumbling around when we need to present a more customized contract and it's very problematic.

I use Panda Docs daily and it is so efficient and useful. Its saves us sending loads of documents via post and then waiting for them to be returned. Everything is so easy to use and adding signature options saves a ridiculous amount of time in the long run as we used to have to post document and await for everyone to return them.

Having a core template takes a few minutes but then cloning it to modify the term, scope, or breadth of agreement is so simple and quick. Theoretically, I could have different contracts every day for a nominal time investment. However, we just have 3 agreements and modify them as needed.

Templates are excellent, easy "sharability" is excellent. The system is very intuitive for new users (contract recipients) who have not yet been exposed to PandaDoc or any other similar platform. They catch on quickly with PandaDoc.
