It is probably best for the person that needs to buy very rarely, due to the pricing structure is is not suited to run all procument processes through the system.

As per end users demand there are so many requirements not possible by sap ERP while sap ariba is one of good cloud integrated project .we are struggling for dashboard features and user friendly interfaces .so Ariba we found useful , function consultant easily can support end users since it's very easy to work.

Before Ariba, we use to use Contract Life Management (CLM) for contract management, SRM for PO approvals, Service NOW and CRC share point for reviewing the contracts for procurement. After Ariba all these processes has been centralized and able to accomplih these tasks in one SAP system. This SAP is really useful.

It is good, but interface is not easy to navigate and learn. It can be less appropriate to qualify specific suppliers with specific technical needs. There is no place to limit technical restrictions per supplier. Some suppliers should not be considered and this software does not enable you to remove procurement solutions based on technical limitations.

For me, SAP Ariba Procurement has me uploadong of my Monthly reimbursemnet bills from.my company a very easy and fast process. A process which took minimum 3 days earlier can now be done in maximum 2 days as the multi level approval has been made easy and end to end process is very fast and easy at all levels due to SAP Ariba Procurement.
