Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

This model as allowed for efficient use of company resources. Those that are data specialists are able to maximize use of the tool/advanced reporting, and those that simply need to view the results aren't left in the dark. The beneficial combination of a responsive analysis tool combined with the ability to share the analysis across our organization cannot be over-stressed.

We have relatively few people writing reports and relatively many people consuming them, so this pricing model does match our use case well. We have had trouble with other systems where we would like an equivalent pricing model but end up paying for many full licenses that are not utilized fully.

Yes! Pricing was a huge factor in our decision to move away from Mode to Sigma analytics. Further, our experience with sales and customer support teams confirmed our decision. The pricing model is incredibly cost-effective for our team at a small startup company. Especially since some of the team only uses the tool in a limited capacity.

I did not make the decision to acquire this product, but I imagine that free access for non-analyst employees was a major factor in our choice. This pricing model makes Sigma Computing an incredibly sustainable tool for our company, from my point of view.

I wasn't involved in the decision-making process to acquire this product but I know that the product we replaced Sigma with was super expensive at the time. So it tells me that Sigma was more affordable compared to the other option we had and pricing is one of the factors.

Ok, the pricing model is so smart. It empowers the people that need to be head deep in the data to do their job well while providing transparency to the broader organization. If we had to pay for 'view' licenses differently that would be an issue. We see this happen with other pricing models where you essentially pay for stagnate or never used licenses but can't afford to cut those folks off because access to the data is technically critical to them doing their job.

The pricing model was a key factor in choosing to use Sigma Computing. However, the understanding of what it means to be doing the "perform interactive analyses" still needs work. Sharing a report with a user, who then has a need to filter the results by date, or product segment or some other vector in the report is not "interactive analyses". So there needs to be a more crisp understanding of what the "Analyst user" means.

This pricing model was very important to us. As a company we are constantly monitoring what we are spending on tools. Having something that just myself can pay for, and yet can help many other groups was a huge selling point for us. If the cost had been much higher, I would not have gotten sign off.
