I have never used it but it is used across our network. Agents use it to submit PTO and to check their daily schedules. We have not received many complaints or concerns, and I believe the usage is growing. Agents seem to be happy with the mobile application and it matches what we expect

Yes we do use the mobile application and has gotten rave reviews. There is definitely an ease of use within the app for requesting time off, requesting OT with bids, and simply seeing upcoming schedules to make sure nothing changed. Additionally for managers it's a great place to look proactively to see their agents schedules.

This app allows me to do real time changes even if I'm not at work.
This ensures that all changes get made and not forgotten about. Being able to see schedules from my phone helps ensure that we have enough Advocates in all the right places, especially if we have a call off

We haven't even rolled it out yet, so it's still part of our project plan. We've come into some from our side of the house, not the variance side of the house. Some technical aspects of getting it onto the portal that we allow our associates to house all of our products on their phones, and so we haven't rolled it out yet. A few of us have tested it as part as the test and we love it. But we just haven't rolled it to the masses yet.

We've just started. We rolled out the mobile app worldwide. So approximately 60,000 people now have the Verint mobile app, but we wanted to start out with something really simple. So we rolled it out for schedule viewing only, and now we're starting country by country. We are rolling out the request management portion of the mobile app. Our biggest issue with the request management is when we go into all these countries in Europe. They all have different legislation of what we're allowed to do and what we're not allowed to do. And that's where it's slowed down the progress of road rolling up the app.

We've been dying to get the mobile app. We've been wanting to get it. We've just going through the approval processes, and I think right now it's kind of like in a hold, so to speak. So we definitely want that because we understand how much flexibility that would give to our agents to be able to just go in and look for themselves in case they need to schedule a PTO day or something came up and they want to move around sometime or make some changes to their schedule. That's when we feel that this mobile app would open up a great door of possibilities for our business.
