Zoom Workplace Review
We conduct weekly meetings of up to 20 attendees. The meetings alternate between hybrid and online. We have half of the members on premises, and half are spread from the USA to Japan, with Europe and Africa in the middle. Zoom Workplace allows us to meet effectively and efficiently to conduct our club business.

- I don't like that the control bar at the bottom of the screen shifts when I open the chat or the participants side bar. It means I cannot open and close without moving my mouse. I think it would be better instead of shrinking the control bar, move items into the More area.

High Price, High Value
We utilize Zoom Workplace as a method of collaboration being that our workforce is entirely distributed. The tools that are available within Zoom Workplace really make it easy and effective to keep connected while not being in a physical office. Because there are limitations in regards to other services offerings similar to Zoom Workplace, it has become a preference for our employee base to use Zoom Workplace for both internal and external business use cases.

We use Zoom Workplace to schedule company meetings and events with numerous users. Some problems that were address with Zoom Workplace were collaboration between onsite and offsite users, events that needed long duration of time and allowing questions to be answered in real-time. Another use case that has been helpful is addressing users issues relating to hardware and software by offering the remote control feature.

Zoom is Super User Friendly
We use Zoom for Attorney/Client meetings just about every day. This allows our attorneys and even staff to be flexible in when and where they take meetings. We also use Zoom for various department and group meetings, which allows for great collaboration and aligns with our varying work from home schedules.

Game Changer
We host our monthly webinars on Zoom Workplace, and find that it's the ideal platform to host something like this on. We enable Q&A features but want to ensure that only panelists can see questions, and Zoom Workplace has been great for that.
- The ability to hide questions from participants
- The ability to record the webinars on demand
- Sending out reminder emails to panelists and participants
- The on-demand recording doesn't always work. For example, our last webinar was not recorded due to a technical issue.
- The invites can be confusing for people who aren't very tech savvy. Sometimes the invite includes too much information, including the "dial-in" numbers that can detract from the link itself.

Review
My organization uses Zoom Workplace for all of our internal and external meetings. This can range from staff calls, partnership discovery, mini trainings or webinars, to brainstorming and work sessions. This product addresses the need for us to have a functional, personable space to work as a team and introduce and engage with our work with external entities with ease. The scope of our use case is wide, we always use Zoom Workplace to meet.
- Large meeting rooms that our marcomms team is able to navigate and problem solve with quickly and easily.
- Ability to schedule meetings with internal and external team members for workshops. Provides us with several tools to communicate and share ideas without having to even turn your mic on.
- AI companion to remember points that were made and provide a summary to those who were unable to attend after the meeting.
- It would be nice to be able to turn off or opt in and out of AI companion automatically. For some meetings, an even briefer summary or table would be nice.
- Free translated captions and summaries for workshops with communities that do not speak english as a first language.
- My Zoom Workplace requires me to restart at least once a week or it will cause some issues with crashing. This may be my device.

Zoom Workplace is an important part of our workplace as we are a hybrid company with most employees working remotely. Zoom Workplace is an invaluable collaboration tool between the core employees and the 1099 contractors who offer our services.

Zoom Workplace for Designers
We use it for internal and external meetings; sometimes even when in person for ease of screen sharing. As designers, we especially use the annotate feature to draw, markup, and record visuals that happen during our discussions

- between the different view options when in a mtg, sometime I lose where annotate and other features are found, esp if I'm not the host

We use it with our retailers and vendors for line reviews. We also use it to connect with our remote workers.
- Allowing all participants to share their screens
- Keep connected regardless or where you are...as long as there is a connection.
- Recording meetings so there is a record of the meeting can be essential.
- I would like to see the use of someone else's screen share.
- Better filter to disguise where you are located.
- Maybe update to show the comment in the persons video box.

IMO, audio and video collaboration at it's best.
Zoom Workplace is our main company video collaboration tool over other tools available in our organization. It allows for our employees to effectively colloborate and share screens with the hybrid environment as it is easy to use and audio and video quality is great. We also use this as a remote support tool for Helpdesk.

A must-have tool
We use Zoom Workplace to host all internal and external meetings at our organization of ~120 employees.
- We love the running meeting chat for large consistent group meetings.
- I appreciate the ease of scheduling from within Google Calendar.
- Emoji reactions have been helpful in large group meetings.
- It's been challenging getting used to the new screen sharing interface. We didn't know we needed to click on the new tab at the top of the screen to view.
- It would be nice to automate reports to go to people after a meeting to recap attendance, etc.

Just Zoom Workplace It!
We are a law firm so outside of every court appearance being a Zoom meeting we use it internally for our practice group monthly meetings and candidate interviews. Zoom Workplace allows us to be flexible with our schedules and the schedules of our clients. Zoom Workplace simply works. As the IT Administrator, if I know Zoom Workplace is being used, I can rest easy.

Pro Zoom Workplace
We are a small company, about 30 employees, covering 40 different manufacturing lines. And over half of our employees work remotely, which means quick, accessible, navigable communication is key. Zoom Workplace Phones allow for easy user management, and the Zoom Workplace Desktop Platform, allows for easy communication. It's intuitive, and natural.
- User Management on the online portal - organizing employees, their contact methods, departments, plans, profile photo, etc.
- Ease of switching between the desktop app and the mobile app
- Simplicity - easy to make a call, send a message, attach a photo, find a setting...almost too user-friendly.
- The Zoom Customer Service has proven challenging to work with in that my cases lose line of sight, or do not stay in the same "thread"
- Away, Busy, Do Not Disturb - etc - almost "too many" options - and I am not sure how each one ties to my phone functionality and who can call vs who can't when I have those methods on, and employee should not be able to change how long it takes to trigger the "away" button

Zoom Workplace is a Great Addition to our Company
We have had Zoom Meetings for several years, and recently have added Zoom Phone to our organization. It has been great to be able to integrate the ability to be on a phone call and quickly move that to a Zoom Meeting seamlessly. I also like the fact that I can be on a phone call on my laptop and effortlessly move it to my mobile device if I need to go on the move. The Zoom Workplace application is great because each person in our organization has the meeting and phone abilities in one application. As well as a larger license for each of our Teams to use.
- The ability to move a phone conversation to a meeting to have face-to-face interaction for clarity.
- Allowing incoming phone calls to go to my voicemail when I am not available to talk.
- Being able to set my work hours and holiday hours ahead of time for the year, and easily change them if necessary.
- The Zoom portal allows me to create company wide settings for both phones and meetings.
- Sometimes it is hard to video a how-to video easily to share with the staff so everyone knows the basics.

Zoom Workplace Feedback
We use Zoom as our chat platform, video calls and we also have Zoom Phone with sms, and now we are trying Zoom Workplace. After new update and moving to Zoom Workplace, creating Zoom meetings is a challenge and attenders do not get invites, don't like that much and we only can schedule meetings using outlook add in, I would like to have ability to schedule meetings through Zoom Workplace back.

Still The Industry Standard
We use Zoom Workplace for all of our web conferences, Hybrid and Zoom Room integration. All employees and locations have access. We do not use the IM capabilities but have recently started using the AI Meeting Summary and Companion. Employees use the Windows app, Mobile app and Zoom Rooms on a daily basis.

Zoom Workplace is a business saver!
We went full remote in 2020, Zoom has been critical to the continuation of our business since then. We host all of our meetings on Zoom and run our phone system through Zoom Phone. Zoom Meetings has been extremely reliable and easy to use, it's only gotten better over the years as well. We've had large webinars, important sales meetings and even staff parties all on Zoom that went flawlessly.

Highly Recommend Zoom for your business
We use Zoom not only for our meetings but for trainings between our multiple sites. Some of our training is spread across multiple days (3 day trainings). When COVID occurred, we had to provide a solution for our national training that occurs with 30-40 students every few weeks and Zoom has allowed us to do that with quality video, sounds and screen sharing of our materials. The breakout rooms, quizzes and other features are very handy to assist us in teaching the materials we have to provide to our team members.
- Registrations for our meetings are simple and easy to use for students and team members who sign up for multiple classes
- Screen sharing in Zoom meetings is very helpful, particularly when multiple hosts are different locations need to share their information on screen.
- Surveys and polls help us to measure success in teaching and request feedback from those attending our virtual meetings
- Some built-in features similar to Ecamm or OBS to allow a host to control the way a screen looks

Zoom Workplace is an Essential here!
My company uses Zoom Workplace for internal and external meetings, webinars, and phone. Daily we conduct client training sessions utilizing the waiting room, polls, and breakout room features. Zoom Workplace has been the highest quality, most consistent, and the best product for our company needs. We've tested other products, and always return to Zoom Workplace.
- Zoom Workplace's meeting tools, such as polls and breakout rooms have been invaluable in our work.
- All meetings always have a high quality user experience, making the learning curve very easy for non-Zoom users.
- The Zoom Cloud feature allows our Operations Team to access any client recording recorded within our company account. Which has proven to be a valuable tool time and time again.
- Sharing sound when sharing screen could be made simpler or more obvious. I've found that many folks have struggled to successfully share sound.
- It would be great to have a timer feature added to Zoom Workplace meetings. Though you can have a countdown clock visible while in Breakouts, I think it would be helpful to be able to use a countdown clock while in the main meeting room.
- I'd love to see Zoom Workplace incorporate some more interactive tools such as Menti. We love using Menti, but it does become tedious to switch from program to program.

Zoom changed the way we work.
Covid changed the landscape of our business in many ways. The implementation of Zoom made the transition into this new way of doing business for us much easier and far less complicated than it could have been. It enabled us to continue to do business without interruption and service our clients without any loss of service.

Great low cost solution that was easy to implement.
We use it for easy integration for team meetings when we don't have a microsoft license in the conference room we use. We also host all of our training that is virtual or hybrid on Zoom. Training over 1000 people per year with Zoom having a role in that.
