Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We are an insurance agency, we use them for phones and fax service. The phones are good, being able to get calls from my personal phone is nice. Fax could be better, we can only send from one shared account, and receiving them is cluttered. Overall they are good, and the times I've called with problems they fixed them pretty quickly.

It works as good as other providers, I don't think you will find one wildly better. Doesn't mean they all can't improve, I would say all do similar functions though. I've listed some improvements they should focus on, and general ease of us should be improved as well. That is all.

Again, using my phone for work is good. I've also been able to get calls in weird spots where my normal phone wouldn't work. The text system simply doesn't work, I have no idea how to get or receive them. It's decent for insurance, and I'm sure other types of work, but not for all.
