Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

Super duper easy, the product is plug and play and we got it up and running + implemented it to our 20 over sales reps in less than 3 days.
We use it to find leads on Linkedin, where Lusha auto populates the number and email of our ideal client profile.

Main business problem this solves is sales intelligence, the biggest problem in direct sales is finding contact information of our potential customers, Lusha helps solves that for us as we primarily prospect on Linkedin.

Lusha provides us with contact data on our ideal client profile - C Level executives, founders, and co-founders.

We started using Lusha as a way to better qualify & source leads, and cost wise given our usage, for every lead "unveiled" we pay around 1 cent! For that value vs the ROI on deals won, Lusha is worth every cent.
Lusha was simply easier to use, with better contact data as per the anecdotal evidence from my sales reps. It also had a simple interface that did not require much implementation, and a pop-up on where we source our leads, which is linkedin. This led to hassle-free usage and pushing of data to our CRM.

Lusha is suitable if you have the budget for it. It's a very simple product, that's plug and play. If you want to do your customer relationship management within Lusha, that's less than ideal but still doable. Main way we use Lusha is together with a CRM, as we use it to populate our CRM with leads, and do outreach from there.
