For Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or Recruitment, Lusha’s intelligent to go-to-market platform brings B2B contact and company data.


Lusha provides direct contact information with a prospecting solution and go-anywhere extension to connect and engage faster. Its intent data is used to find companies actively looking for solutions, and to stay up to date with prospects by receiving alerts when they change jobs.


Lusha can also be used to proactively enrich a connected CRM with fresh contact and company data using automated workflows. With its API, data can be enriched and managed in any database, system, or app.


Prospects can be reached directly from Lusha Engage, through email sequences and precise messages sent to prospect lists directly from the Lusha Platform without the need to integrate with another outreach solution.


And Lusha states they are GDPR and CCPA compliant with impartial third-party validation, and that they maintain SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27018 certifications.

It's been particularly helpful in uncovering contact details for high-level individuals at target accounts, as well as sourcing phone numbers for direct outreach. Lusha excels in scenarios where traditional methods fall short, such as finding contacts in niche companies or verifying the accuracy of existing email addresses. Like all providers, data accuracy can occasionally be an issue. Overall, Lusha is a valuable asset for targeted prospecting efforts, particularly for phone outreach and niche markets.

Lusha is great for finding accurate phone numbers of recruitment owners so can cold call to find out if they have the business challenges our software solves. A scenario where it is annoying is when you build out lists of owners and the mobile number given is incorrect and no other found so revert to emailing or calling mainline but not as effective as a direct call.

I strategically introduce Lusha as a collaborative tool that will help gather critical business intelligence when working with onboarding new team members.

Well suited for times when you are devising a new outbound strategy. Whether its designed around number availability, personal or corporate email, it provides a clear overview and access to work on this.

Lusha is suitable if you have the budget for it. It's a very simple product, that's plug and play. If you want to do your customer relationship management within Lusha, that's less than ideal but still doable. Main way we use Lusha is together with a CRM, as we use it to populate our CRM with leads, and do outreach from there.

Lusha is very well suited if you are trying to speak directly with decision makers and higher up people within organisations. If your business is operating with a phone first mentality then it is very useful as it cuts down the amount of time you are spending trying to get contact details for these people.

Usually, people who are looking to do their own prospecting will have a lot of help from Lusha in getting a prospects emails and phone numbers and through this they can reach out to set up meetings and build the pipeline and meet targets

There are several companies listed in Linkedin with contacts listed on the People page of the Company Linkedin, however, when opening the Lusha extension, it shows there is no information for the company.
Larger companies with more employees have a better chance of having at least 1 or 2 employees listed in Lusha and I can then take the formatting of the email, for example, to guess what the email may be for the contact I am actually prospecting.

It’s well suited in a situation where you have a robust set of tools already. It’s not an “all in one” solution like folks are using Apollo for. On another note, it won’t be a great standalone contact data provider. Maybe a hint to Lusha to make sure your GTM fits that… that you are complementary more than you are “rip & replace.”

The attributes you are able to search against mean you can really segment down for even better targeting. The addition of being able to target based on technology used has been really helpful.

I really enjoy using Lusha in tandem with Zoominfo. This is where the biggest benefit is for me, as I find that often times when ZoomInfo does not have the data I'm looking for, Lusha most likely will have it, and vice versa

Sometimes finding phone numbers of people on LinkedIn such as cfo, coo, ceo was more complicated and often not useful, but searching for information about people in management positions was more effective.Something that always worked was the email they provided, plus they could give us personal email and data from some other platforms we used with that person.

The data accuracy of Lusha is something I can rely on unlike other tools. It has provided info on accounts that I could not find on any other paid tool either.
Lusha will not show information for certain small/mid size organisation and data is also sometimes missing for customers who have changed the organisation recently, this is something that they can surely work on.

Lusha Extension is best suited for SDRs and inside sales who are responsible for hunting new accounts and getting meetings from decision-makers. Although solely focused on prospecting and outreaching, the product makes sense for anyone who needs the contact info of LinkedIn members. Startups can benefit a lot by directly outreaching relevant key stakeholders without spending fortunes on marketing.

Lusha is great when the goal is to get the right titles in the right locations and to get them at scale. The contact information is very accurate, and many of the accounts we want to target are in the database. It saves sales reps hours each week in searching for prospects as well as during the data entry process.

It is very well suited for business development and Account managers who are looking for a tool that can help them with contact retrieval, company insights and background and to discovery prospect painpoints. It is also great for cold calling. It is very effective while using simultaneously with Linkedin such as linkedin Sales navigator

It is less effective for organizations who are sales people who sell face to face or who don't work with large clients. The tool works great for enterprise clients, not so much for SMB's.
