Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack and an internal project communication tool for software development. It is also very hand to attach files, links and also integrate with third party software's like jira with Slack. The software is flawless and helps us in smoothly carrying out our day-to-day project management, monitoring, team communication, and tracking activities. Multiple projects can be tracked and managed in Slack simultaneously.

- Ease of communication between different project stakeholders
- Ease of sharing files and linking with external softwares like jira
- One major issue i encountered multiple times was in receiving the OTP while creating an account. It takes too much time, and sometimes the verification OTP didn't even come the whole day on the mentioned email id.

Having used these 3 software, I believe Slack covers a much wider use case scenario, the user onboarding experience is seamless, the platform is very user friendly and intuitive, very well organized as compared to the other competing software that's out there in the market. Highly recommend Slack at least over Skype and MS teams.
