Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Internal communication between the teams seems to be cumbersome previously as we were relayed on the old legacy chat communication model from the google product and doesn't help us any way in terms of the feature and lead to manual intervention a lot. Our management felt it would be great if we have an all in one solution to resolved different issues so they cam across this special tool that helps us making the collaboration easier and communication between the teams made easy with this there by reducing effort and time. We use Slack for our every day communication and any major incidents like war room that connect people from different space to join and collaborate about the issue in a real-time manner
