We are using UserTesting at [...] to speed up and scale up our learning capabilities and build the bank the world loves to use.

UserTesting helps us to gather quick feedback on our designs and product direction as well as deep dive into different money and wealth management topics.

It helps us learn as a team and eventualy make better product and design decisions.

We have had great experience with the UserTesting support.

They usually respond within minutes and are able to spot what has gone wrong with some of the tests or sessions or help to resolve any other issues.
It is easy to use and get started. You can set up your study in minutes and include others in the research process.

You can also organize yourself as a team with different workplaces and administrative functionality.
UserTesting is part of our product and design life-cycle. It has helped us to develop products as ETF and Stock investing as well as make smaller usability improvements within our app and product.
As we have a bigger UX team, it helps us make user research a team sport. It helps us scale and speed up learning without creating bottlenecks which might happen if we were to use smaller tools and platforms.

If you are a larger company with a bigger research and design team, UserTesting can help to make user research a team sport.

Also, in case you don't have your own participant panel, UserTesting can offer a large participant panel that you can share your study with.

It could be however a more costly solution if you are a smaller company or have a smaller UX team.
