24SevenOffice vs. GlassManager

I would say if you have a staff that's already experienced in the 24SevenOffice program that would be best. People who are brand new to it will have too much time ramping up and training. Also, you'd better have a rock-solid network infrastructure if you want success with this program. A business with less tech-savvy workers just wouldn't work.

• Unfortunately, usability is a major issue at times. I hear complaints about dropped network traffic, and it's not our infrastructure.

24SevenOffice has its own pros and cons just like any other software. It is a great software for an organization to do project management or financial management. It stacks up very competitively against others and is probably in the top 3. the UI that is offered by this software surpasses all the others that I have used and/or mentioned above. It is a breeze to understand most parts of the software by yourself. I think in terms of support there could be some improvement that can be possible and will result in much better feedback from its clients. Overall I give it a great rating in terms of usability and capability to handle the majority of business management, project management, and financial management features.

We tried a few different software options before finding Glassmanager, but none of them had all the features we needed for our business. Glassmanager is amazing because it has everything we require, from creating quotes to managing materials—it takes care of everything. Plus, it works seamlessly with QuickBooks. We're really happy with Glassmanager and want to thank the Glassmanager team for their excellent work!

• We were using a fairly similar program from an ROI perspective previously so I can't say it's had a big effect.
• That said the network issues represent lost hours/money.
• The added training is also expensive.
