360 View vs. Affinity CRM

360 View is well-suited and even originally designed for financial institutions and banks. It does a great job at large and small scale monitoring of customers and their amount of involvement in your organization. I'd say that 360 View is not well-suited for most organizations that are not in the finance industry (although you could make it work if you need to)

Nudge.ai is well suited for individual contributors without enough time or resource to do proper research on clients/prospects. It may work as well for larger teams, but I don't have experience using Nudge.ai in that environment. Nudge.ai is easy to use, so the onboarding and ramp-up time is quick.

Nudge.ai is fairly intuitive, so the need for support is minimal. I have only had to reach out to the support team a couple of times for minor issue. The response has been quick and issues resolved to my satisfaction in a reasonable time frame. I have no issues with Nudge support at this time.

Salesforce CMS is probably one of the most used CRMs out there and is great for a business that wants to create a completely custom solution for their CRM needs, but 360 View is a platform design specifically for bankers and therefore has pre-built functions that help us to quickly create the measurements, categories, and processes we need to

• 360 View has allowed us to place customers in marketing funnels and target specific campaigns to move them further down the funnel.
• We can easily group customers in profitability categories and determine what relationships we need to develop.
• We have been able to create custom NPS scorecards to find our promoters.
