Accenture is well suited for undertaking projects that are a bit more complex and complicated. Because of their lineup, they are better suited to tackle those projects. Accenture may not be well suited for support on the basis of cost.

It is very well suited for minimal human interaction while gathering requirements as certain fields are pre-populated while capturing the requirements. There is an easy import feature to add requirements to the system. Training for the users isn't a complicated process. Integration with other collaboration tools needs to be made more easier and robust like that with Sales Force or Slack or Microsoft Teams.

  • There is some room of improvement in the budget estimation which sometimes is vague. Having said that, they are very competitive in the market.

  • There needs to be the view of time estimates within which requirements can be attained to make them truly SMART goals
  • for support and training, there needs to be a place where the details of the point of contact can be highlighted for quick connections and resolutions

What differentiates them are their strong end-to-end capabilities. They have all sorts of resources, from Strategy/Management Consulting to deep Technical IT, going also through the new Digital Era. They are very complete and mature in the market, with the ability to deliver all types of projects with quality and according to the agreed budget and timeline.

Prosoft Solutions is a good tool but just for ease of integration, we do have some teams in our organization using ServiceNow tools as well. Within our team, as we wanted to attain faster training and customer support, we have gone with Prosoft.
