Likelihood to Recommend It is most appropriate to utilize Acquirell for processing the purchase orders with vendors. If you don't want to onboard the vendors into the system you may easily generate the POs in PDF. Acquirell includes amazing capabilities for running RFI, RFQ, and RFP events. It is very easy to manage purchase requisitions in a single system. Also, the tool is a good fit to manage the complex approval workflow. It is less appropriate to utilize Acquirell for managing contracts because instead of simply editing the text of the contract you should play with the configurations of the contract in the system and fill out various fields
Read full review Precoro is great if you need to keep your organization aware of where in the purchasing process an order is, and if you need a place to communicate about orders & keep a record of those communications. It does not work too well for a variety of purchasing requests - the process lacks complexity.

Read full review Alternatives Considered I haven't evaluated any other procurement solutions. Before implementing Acquirell we were using emails, Word, and Excel in our procurement processes. Overall, it is much more convenient to conduct procurement activities in Acquirell rather than to collect the bids via email and keep a bunch of Word or Excel files.

Tradogram . Precoro also allowed us to communicate about orders right within the order itself, where the other software did not.

The dashboard allows us to monitor information about all essential documents and at what stage they are now and keep track of which invoices have not yet been paid or partially paid. By setting up budgets for each department, we can effectively plan the allocation and prevent overspending. The system is very flexible and convenient. I can't imagine my work without it.
