It simply helps us internally and externally. By externally, I mean we usually do a quick round of initial testing using Adaface, and internally, I mean we are planning to use it as skills assessment tool for our purpose.I am not sure if there is any control over the googlability of questions. Planning an Exam Scheduling and running the exam Taking the exam Assessing the exam results All done for remote candidates. While working remotely from home during the pandemic many managers found it harder to examine techie talents. • Sometimes questions are not elaborated or don't have sufficient material to grasp them properly, due to which candidates cannot understand them properly.

This was the best that integrated with our TA system (Greenhouse) and we got positive recommendations. At a time we considered other talent acquisition systems, such as Success Factors, the integration was insufficient. Other than that, the talent acquisition Director was bios, based on previous experience, so as IT, we didn't have much of discovery or selection to make.
