It offers insights that helps our team members to solve challenges that arise to our workforce teams. It easily monitors all activities that takes place within an organization and ensures that there is effective management of time.

It is most well-suited when analysing absence and looking for trends in order to be proactive as a business and address the various reasons causing this. It is less appropriate for maybe more financial based tasks, unless directly related to HR functions and processes within an organisation.
