ADP Enterprise HR vs. Pro Software

ADP Enterprise HR is well suited for any HR department or anybody looking to ease the HR process by managing the entire company data in a simple yet stylish process which is useful for generating reports for upper management to make Human capital decisions. It is also very useful in payroll situations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

I demo'd some other software and at the time, the other software felt "better" but were way more expensive. Pro Software now does what those other software did, but the price is likely still better.

• When we started with them, they were young and were missing quite a few things, that's all rectified now though
• The things that were missing were sometimes shocking, and they are now working on some of those things
• Customers don't always love all the security features, but they are necessary so what can you do

While it's not perfect, Pro Software is getting there and overall, it's a very usable system.

Its hard to describe how it compares because these programs have different functions. however ADP matches and exceeds these other programs due its stylish and simple set up which makes it easy to navigate and also does a lot of work for you which saves you time to do other tasks.

It was lower cost and as they were a growing company, it allowed them to grow with us. I don't have much else to say about it than that. They've been a good partner, and that's just it, they are a partner, not just a software vendor, at least for us.

• It works well with Intuit QuickBooks so information integrates easily for fast reporting.
• Saves us time and money by helping us create almost all HR documentation needed rather than having another company assist with the process.
• Background checks with drug screening has helped us weed out the poor candidates.

• There are many areas where we were blind to say tax changes that might be updated within the system
• There are lots of areas where a more streamlined automated approach hasn't been available
• In many of those cases, they were corrected however. Some we're still waiting for
