Overall Satisfaction with ADP Enterprise HR

ADP Enterprise HR is being used across the organization. It helps in so many ways by assisting us in creating our own Handbook, creating disciplinary forms, company equipment policies, and so much more. We are 1st time users so a lot of these policies are being created with the help of ADP HR.

Pros

  • Helps in creating many policies from handbooks to disciplinary.
  • Helps in storing documents for record keeping.
  • Helps with background checks.
  • Helps with drug screening.

Cons

  • They outsourced drug screening, so we used who they recommended.
  • They are constantly contacting us for add on services even though we've declined them many times already.
  • Hard to get customer support because their automated services need much improvement.
  • It works well with Intuit QuickBooks so information integrates easily for fast reporting.
  • Saves us time and money by helping us create almost all HR documentation needed rather than having another company assist with the process.
  • Background checks with drug screening has helped us weed out the poor candidates.
We were considering using local companies who would assist with HR and help with pre-employment drug screening and background checks. We found ADP was our best option as it served as [an] all in one solution to these services. Not to mention, it takes care of our payroll needs; we couldn't turn this down.

New businesses will benefit a lot from HR. With the built in software you can modify templates to help create disciplinary forms for your business. The same is true for creating a company handbook. It also helps with many other items like hiring, termination, and performance toolkits. It also help with performing background checks as well.
