VoilaNorbert from the company of the same name is an email verification service featuring data enrichment.
Two different companies, so it's not like I chose one over the other. However, after using both Affinity and Salesforce, I can say that Affinity is easier to use due to its simplicity. Salesforce had a lot of bells and whistles, that when used appropriately, I'm sure can help, …
Nudge.ai is in a fairly unique space. It isn't quite a CRM, it isn't quite a social or news channel. But, it has aspects of all. Nudge.ai was chosen because it allowed us to use one tool for multiple purposes. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is probably the closest to Nudge.ai but is …
It is more reliable than 80% of the other apps available in the market in terms of generating email address. Some tools like snov.io and others which were not available to on search bar are used for the same, but their result quality is very poor. Even the paid version of such …
I've used a handful of other products, one is called Hunter.io. Another is called Buzzstream. Both have their advantages. Hunter we've used as a backup to finding emails if VoilaNorbert can't find them. Buzzstream does have nice email finding capabilities, but they are also …
It is great to use when a single email address is needed and for bulk leads as well. It has great integration with the third party tools that makes it easy to manage things and keep track of things. We can even generate campaigns through this.
We will definitely be renewing. The value for the price we are paying is solid, and we are interested in growing our use to see if we can expand on the value we are getting from Nudge.ai.
Nudge.ai is fairly intuitive, so the need for support is minimal. I have only had to reach out to the support team a couple of times for minor issue. The response has been quick and issues resolved to my satisfaction in a reasonable time frame. I have no issues with Nudge support at this time.
Two different companies, so it's not like I chose one over the other. However, after using both Affinity and Salesforce, I can say that Affinity is easier to use due to its simplicity. Salesforce had a lot of bells and whistles, that when used appropriately, I'm sure can help, but its not needed for what I currently do.
I've used a handful of other products, one is called Hunter.io. Another is called BuzzStream. Both have their advantages. Hunter we've used as a backup to finding emails if VoilaNorbert can't find them. BuzzStream does have nice email finding capabilities, but they are also more robust from an emailing and tracking perspective. I know that VoilaNorbert has some of that functionality but BuzzStream's is more intuitive. But I think VoilaNorbert's email address capabilities are probably faster/better than the other two.
