Tact.ai
If you have an organization that requires salespeople to go into the field and your organization is mid-sized, then I recommend Tact.ai for your salespeople. It is not possible to carry laptops when they are out in the field but it is possible to carry an iPad or phone. This makes their tasks easy and reduces considerable time wasted on administrative activities and increases productivity at the same time.

When we researched similar tools out there, we decided to go with zoovu due to price and also felt it could do what we wanted it to do. But honestly not sure I would recommend as it's not very intuitive.

Cons
Tact.ai
  • Adding calendar is cumbersome. Integration between Outlook and Tact.ai is required
  • Time required to log in is very high. It wastes so much time every time.
  • Schedule view is limited to 2 weeks ahead only

  • Metrics are lacking in my opinion- sales attribution for every product clicked on (and don't have a way to truly track real conversion)
  • Learning the backend setup has a learning curve I've found - would recommend starting/learning with a very simple assistant. Ours was complex and took many, many months to complete.

Alternatives Considered
Tact.ai
The Salesforce app sucks and so it's not useful to do the searches that we need.

Tact.ai
  • We have been able to experience better performance in our sales, as we spend more time dedicated to our customers than doing administrative tasks, thanks to Tact.ai.
  • Our team is more organized with clients, with meetings up to date, no delays in responding to clients, which has increased productivity and performance considerably.

  • The ROI metrics aren't very credible in my opinion - so can't say. Wish there were a valid way to connect click assistant click through to verified purchase.
