Overall Satisfaction with Tact.ai
We are using Tact.ai to maximize our sales team's performance and reduce their time spent on administrative activities. With Tact.ai, the sales process is going towards digitalization and at the same time keeping the core process in mind. Also, it can be integrated with many salesforces which gives freedom to go mobile.
Pros
- It saves a lot of time which was wasted earlier in non-productive things
- Proper scheduling and management can be done
- Can create surveys with ease and have pre-built email templates available
Cons
- Adding calendar is cumbersome. Integration between Outlook and Tact.ai is required
- Time required to log in is very high. It wastes so much time every time.
- Schedule view is limited to 2 weeks ahead only
- Integration with Salesforce
- Easy to work with on a smartphone
- All critical information is combined and presented through a simple interface and notifications.
- It is still in the growing phase and we consider it an investment. Currently, it has a negative impact but it is gradually decreasing with time. We think in the coming three years we will be on the positive side
