We are currently using this software Tact.ai to help with the performance and productivity of our sales agents. With the SalesForce integration, we can create a powerful crm, as we can record our activities in real time, synchronizing all customer history in the platform.
- Allows us to have at hand the records of our calendar, customer notes, all completed and pending tasks.
- Seamlessly integrates all the applications we need to make calls, emails, contacts, customers and crm. Synchronizes all the data recorded from each of the integrated applications.
- Nearby contact search tools, is helping us to build close relationships with customers.
- The notifications and alarms are not reaching me in real time, which causes a delay in the answers I give to customers via chat and mail.
- Sometimes it does not read the scanning of the business card, you have to try several times for the reader to take the code.
