No code and prebuilt templates are very easy and convenient for anyone without programming skills to adopt and use it. User Interface and Role based reporting helps business and application users for their specific reporting needs. For day-to-day activities where only, few reports are needed this tool felt as less appropriate

Simplicity of the API is easy any developer for the initial API integration and HTTPS for the secure and encryption of the data. Various data applications can be combined for consolidated reporting and exporting capabilities of the report. Added advantage is using the incremental refresh, which only sends the new or changed data.

Integrated user interface similar to ServiceNow along with multiple filtering options and export the report. Different role for administrative task and to view only roles for end users. Incremental refresh helped in load balance by getting only the new or changed data. Consolidated reports for various business applications and HTTPS layer for sending the data.
