Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We had lot of ServiceNow instance from different applications that needed to be reported based on the priorities and severity. The filter option on the tool was very user friendly and can be easily adopted by any business users and the analyze the ServiceNow instance. Manual work of data export is avoided with this connector.
