IBM Cloud Internet Services is the best solution to provide security for your applications if you plan to integrate your applications with IBM Watson Services such as the Natural Language Classifier, Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, Watson Assistant etc. These services are very easy to integrate and manage through IBM Cloud, and in turn, have out-of-the-box configurations for security provided by IBM Cloud Internet Services. It is not the best security solution to use if your applications are running on other cloud infrastructure providers' platforms

Request proxying is done by way of DNS name resolution, which is inflexible.
Proxy services do not work on wildcard DNS entries.
