Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Internet Services

IBM Cloud Internet Services are being used for the storage of documents on the cloud repository. It is also used as a solution that has the ability to provide security for web properties. It is being used by multiple departments in the organization. It solves the problem of having a secure and globally accessible storage repository. Different options and plans offered help the IT department to best manage these services for the organization.
  • Ease of accessibility.
  • High performance experience for end-users.
  • Dependent on a Chrome browser for good performance.
  • Page rule setting difficulties.
  • It had a positive impact with a big improvement on the performance of web applications.
  • Services are quite fast to implement and easy to maintain from an IT perspective.
As per our network and security team, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) provided by IBM Cloud Internet Services is imperative in better protection from malicious attempts on the server. Server and network traffic statistics have been better for the last period.
I can vouch for improved and optimized web and mobile performance. Web applications in our organization that use IBM have better end-user performance as compared to before. However, it has a big dependency on the browser being used. Google Chrome is recommended to experience optimized performance.
IBM Cloud Internet Services edged out Cisco solutions in terms of quality of user experience and need to have flexibility in parameterizing the solution in global organization. Amazon cloud solutions are comparable to IBM solutions.
IBM Cloud Internet Services is well suited for the global organization looking for a secure yet flexible cloud solution. In my experience, it could be difficult for mid-sized organizations due to pricing constraints.
