Mission Control-Project Management is what our US client used so it is given that we had to use the said platform. As a user, I can say its ease of use and being able to assist customers thru Mission Control - see any errors or confirm any important details from our customers.
Mission Control- Project Management is well suited as a customer relations management. I can only say this because I am using it on a daily basis. We collect info from our customers vital for creating a plan to help all our members/customers. I can't think of any scenario where it would be less appropriate.
