Mission Control- Project Management Software is used as our client relationship management. We use it as our all-in-one tool when dealing with our customer. In this platform, we can see our member's account status and other important details to help them troubleshoot any issues they are experiencing. We also able to reach out to our members through Mission Control - assist them with any issue they have with their account.

Its very easy to use. As it was mentioned, it is our all-in-one tool to deal with our customers.
Mission Control-Project Management is what our US client used so it is given that we had to use the said platform. As a user, I can say its ease of use and being able to assist customers thru Mission Control - see any errors or confirm any important details from our customers.

We collect info from our customers vital for creating a plan to help all our members/customers. I can't think of any scenario where it would be less appropriate.
