Catalyst is good for data collection and being able to create individualized programs. However, it lacks the ability to export data via an API to do more in depth reporting and outcome analysis

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

It is pretty easy to get a hold of someone and get support, however, the software itself is limited
