It helps enterprises increase fill rates and inventory turns, reduce markdowns, improve customer loyalty and increase share of wallet. The Sterling Order Management system enables you to make better decisions about how to promise and fulfill customer orders, resulting in improved profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • A single view of supply and demand across channels to provide improved inventory utilization and more accurate promise dates.
  • Coordinated, customized fulfillment execution to support various selling channels and both internal and external supplies.
  • One source of order information to provide customers with accurate and timely alerts and updates.
  • Better if they can support Warehouse management. It would be single tool to have E2E support.
  • In the long term it gives the customer a good view of good available on hand / allocated /reserved etc for better planning and can route the orders to different geographical location based on the availability
