It is pretty well suited for information sharing. Where it lacks is training that requires discussions or a lot of complex thinking or decision-making. For content like that, we will usually host live sessions so we can facilitate discussions and actually hear from the learners on how they are using the material that they may have learned in a Rise course

We started using the application optimally at the beginning as a digital learning and consultation platform. In it we imported all kinds of bibliographic material so that students could access them with the ease of a tap. The application is perfect for those instructors who are not beginners in HTML. In that case, the application very practically allows them to create a complete course in the shortest possible time because it has a state-of-the-art instructional design. It was excellent for unifying all the basic course plans between teachers teaching the same subject, giving the advantage that all courses at the same level would have exactly the same information and nothing would be overlooked

• Each time I think of an idea for making the course more visually appealing or creative, Articulate 360 has already prepared the functionality.
• The translation/localization feature is intuitive, fits our work flow, and works great.
• The UI for Storyline and Rise are clear and intuitive.

• I would like to see features like video creating software within the tool.
• Triggers could be made easier for new users. This may be solved with AI (i.e., tell AI what you want, and AI will create the trigger for you).

• The biggest issue our first-time users have with Mindtap is that ad/pop-up blockers often stop the tool from opening. (Mindtap typically opens in a new window vs inside the LMS) This leads to a lot of initial frustration amongst the students early in the course.
• MindTap lacks a really strong set of roles outside of Instructor and Student. There is no Teaching Assistant role or and IT/Course Builder role. Additionally setting up students workers as TAs in one course while they may be a student in another concurrently has been more than a little cumbersome.
• The UI is a bit dated and it doesn't implement many responsive web design features, though this can typically be worked around by downloading the free app.
• The mobile app experience is not as strong for Instructors as it is for students.

This has been a huge time saver with all the new features. It has become a trusted platform for ease of use and reliability. Cost per license continues to stay at a good point for renewal. Using it to think outside of our current needs and innovate in a timely manner.

It's hard to imagine not renewing it as the professors would not want to go back to the way their courses were previously populated. The only thing that would cause us to change would be in the textbook changed and the new company offered a better tool

I love the tool and while I do use others, this is my go to for Rise and Storyline. While Rise is very easy to use, Storyline is a learned platform. I do not have anyone on my team, yet, and will need to catch new ID up to speed which is why I rated 9

Pages load fast, the videos play normally, and I haven't seen any delays in the system

I rate the overall support for Articulate 360 ​​with a 9. On the one hand because of the smooth and accurate support from Articulate's support team (usually within 24 hours) and on the other because of the commitment / use of a community (e-learning Heroes) where I have all kinds of insights from other helpful users.

The effort from them always feels strong - I'd just recommend they be more prepared for OS (mac) and LMS (blackboard) upgrades

The online training options given by the online tutorials, forums, and "E-Learning Heroes" community are simply awesome. Examples galore, easy to understand descriptions including step-by-step guides, images, occasionally videos, and the "Articulate Insiders" sub-community give you more materials to learn about Storyline than you are likely to be able to read.

Outside of having to dedicate a powerful enough PC for the installation and having to update Flash in our browsers there really isn't much pain involved in using Articulate. For the most part this is an easy to implement and roll-out product. The installation occurs quickly and smoothly with no additional steps needed.

In my opinion, Articulate 360 offers what all of these provided to me in one place. I love that I can create my own graphics, my own VOs, my own touch, all while also using form fillable templates. I love that I can work with my team on my design in real time. And zipping and posting my packages on our platforms is so easy! To me, these other programs, they all have the LEGO pieces individually , but Articulate 360 has built the whole LEGO castle.

MindTap is the only learning software I currently use, but in the past I have used Pearson and McGraw Hill learning content. All of these companies are progresses at a similar rate and making great improvements to their educational materials. MindTap, in my opinion has the best customer service support and representatives in the business. Our rep. has been very responsive.

Easy to use. Cheap. It has a lot of features.

• The immersive 360 image activities allowed us to train our field engineers on dangerous topics and environments like electrical safety and on-site safety without even putting a hard hat on.
• The new AI outline features have decreased our time-to-product by at least 30%
• The use of a single suite of tools, (along with the creative cloud) led to decreased annual costs over alternative piecemeal solutions.

• The positive impact is to help students practice statistics to solve business problems.
• The negative side is that the pricing might be too high compared to other free options available, even though the free options might not have the same features MindTap has.
