Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
I create curriculum, training materials and elearnings. It allows me to address on-boarding training rapidly, I also create simulations training rapidly. I am able to update training fast as the software is updated.
Pros
- Text to speech is fantastic
- import from PowerPoint is amazing
- creating a test.

Cons
- I can suggest a clone your voice to create a voice model for text to speech
- spell check warnings before publishing
- add a speech to text in the notes so that I can just talk into the notes
- faster elearnings decrease of development time
- more training available for employees
- overall increase of efficiency.
I use Storyline, Rise and Ai Assistant and I have found that the tool is getting better and better over time.
I really am just starting to use Ai assistant and I am enjoying learning more about it
Is is so much easier to use and faster to develop. It doesn't crash everyday and it is not a data hog.

1 - My manager who calls out Articulate reprehensive when we have an issue
- it is a fast tool to develop training so we can stay on top of software changes in the EMR
- it has a clear look that allows the learner to keep focus which allows the learner to retain more of the training.
- faster development and higher information retention means increased ROI
- Create new hire training where we didn't have any.
- was able to take a PDF export to PowerPoint, then import PP into Articulate to create rapid training
- Have our stakeholders review faster and was able to get input fast for rapid development.

- because it is easy to learn we can teach trainer to create quick eCourse's.

Evaluating Articulate 360 and Competitors
Yes - Captivate - because it was always crashing, a data hog, was old and had too many "known Issues" that were never fixed. Took longer to develop an eLearning.

I wouldn't - when you create eLearning's for so long and all of a sudden you get a tool that is so easy that it

I don't know that is my managers side of the desk.
I needed to learn how to do a exam with 3 tries and then it goes back to the beginning and I asked and asked and the ELB gave me the step by step. which was easy, in 1 hr from posting.

- markets and animation are fun and easy
- CC automatic when I upload a video
- variables are difficult to learn for me.

- Advanced exams/assessment: How to create a multi section assessment where each section is graded and the entire course is graded at 80% or better. so each section question can be tracked to see if the learner need specific training.
- When the course is too big like 2 hours 300+ slides- it becomes glitchy.
