Likelihood to Recommend Auzmor Learn is well suited in allowing us to create content beyond just the normal PowerPoint presentations that are normally used. The content creation piece will allow us to have more interactive training available. Auzmor will also allow us to offer self-paced training instead of or to supplement live instructor led training. We will be able to manage and track both in Auzmor, which is a plus. It is also suited to provide both internal and external training for our needs.

I think It would be less suited in business situations because it's [primarily] made to be a [one-way] communication tool for schools. Businesses need more control on individual levels I think[.]

Read full review Cons There was some missing functionality that was raised to the Auzmor team, which they are very receptive of that feedback and work with you on providing a solution, work around or addressing it in a future release. Being able to attach certain file types for training exercises was not supported. There was some limitations on resizing some images and text boxes during course content creation. Some of the whitelabeling and cutomization of the UI has some limitations. Read full review Their integration with Big Blue Button was a bust for distance learning. Would be great to see them collaborate with Zoom or Google Meets. Their "feature request" process is slow and cumbersome at times because it relies on user "up votes" to get ideas addressed by the developers. They seem to have a lot of turn-over with their staff. We get a new Customer Success Manager far more frequently than with other vendors. The addition of new features has increased the likelihood we will continue to use Auzmor Learn. Read full review The other LMS tools have fallen behind. One reason is they are not able to update their systems, features, toolsets in a timely manner. While other LMS providers release bug fixes and new features several times a year, schools struggle to install and implement them in a timely manner. It is not uncommon for a school to take 6 months to a year to fully install and implement new releases on other LMS platforms. With Canvas, those features are released every 3 weeks, and there is nothing for a school to do other than choose to turn them on once released. This has allowed Instructure to innovate faster, and get new features and tools to customers quicker. Other factors include great pricing, customer support, and the innovative way in which LTI is implemented in the tool.

Read full review Support Rating I have been working with Sandeep from Auzmor and others for over a year. Any time I have a question or issue, I can block time on his calendar and have a conversation about what I'm having issues with. Everybody I talk to from Auzmor listens. I've had several ideas that I believed would improve the admin and user experience on Auzmor. They listened and many times implemented those changes. Their customer service team is the best I've worked with. They are amazing people and they all deserve a raise!
Read full review I do not personally use Canvas support since we have a central office that helps us. However, our central office always has the answers we need and are always able to solve our issues - so I would assume that get great support from the Canvas team on their end. They also offer great training, which uses materials directly from Canvas
