Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We plan on using Auzmor Learn across the whole organization. This will include safety, human resources, administration and operational training. Auzmor Learn allows us to reach employees and train them on a variety of topics for a variety of reason including safety and HR compliance and administrative and operational procedures and practices

Willingness to understand our unique training challenges
Responsiveness to customization desires and continues effort to improve the product

Report generation is adequate but could be cleaner
Ability to filter out unwanted heading excel heading before final report generation
Report presentation in a more visually pleasing format like pdf with company logo verse standard excel spreadsheet

Return on Investment

Auzmor Learn has provided upper management with additional and better avenues of disseminating important company policies, procedure and practices.
Auzmor learn allows us to rapidly provide basic regulatory compliance training.
The ability to create content allows us to target training specific safety hazard associated with our business.
We have the ability to develop project specific teams with project specific safety hazards then create project specific content to address those safety hazards.

Alternatives Considered

Mindflash, SkyPrep LMS and BizLibrary

Auzmor Learn has similar functionality to Mindflash, Skyprep and BizLibrary. What sets them apart for me was their willingness to team with me in addressing the unique challenges that our business sector has (construction) due to a very transient workforce.

Support Rating

Customer support is critical to my success and Auzmor Learn has been very proactive in staying engaged with me and my progress and needs.

Usability

Overall Auzmor Learn is very usable but there is always room for improvements in every program. Auzmor is very willing to continuously improve their product as well as ask me where I think they might improve or address a unique issue for me that ultimately improves the product for all Auzmor Learn users.

Likelihood to Recommend

Overall Auzmor Learn works well handling the basic Learning Management Systems needs for OSHA general industry (1910) where employees are in an office, business or industry setting and stay or return to their workplace frequently. Most us a desktop computer to do their training. In the construction industry 90% of employees are in the field nearly 100% of the time. As a specialty contractor that falls under the OSHA standard (1926) Auzmor has listened to my concerns and challenges and has begun to address them by customizing features.
