I would recommend it for sales teams, marketing agencies, really anyone doing a lot of business via digital channels because it's a time saver for taking meeting notes, crafting follow ups, and logging info into your CRM system.

It was easy to set up and get started, as well as connect to our CRM and our Zoom account and Outlook calendar. However it's not perfect because we have had trouble with meetings not getting recorded when our Zoom meetings storage got full. We figured it out in the settings later.
