I haven't use any other platforms yet. I have looked into Sprout social and Buffer I think it is called. But I am price sensitive and it seems like Publer is the best "bang for the buck" so to speak and as a new entrepreneur that is awesome for me!

Role-based approvals that streamline teamwork: interns draft, managers approve, and the audit trail ensures that nothing inconsistent slips through.
Quick-glance analytics built right into the calendar, surface engagement spikes, best-time suggestions and post-level stats without exporting to another tool, so we can tweak campaigns on the spot.
Publer is overall pretty easy to use. You can schedule posts very easily, and we have found that new users can pick this up very easily. It could have an improved dashboard and UI that shows the different sections more clearly, but it has still been easy to use overall.
We previously used SocialBee and also evaluated Metricool. SocialBee could not edit video directly in the app and couldn't auto-generate captions. Its mobile app didn't support comment management or story link stickers. Metricool was simpler to navigate but felt rigid — it couldn't recycle posts on a set schedule or allow proper content labeling. We chose Publer because it offers content labeling, an intuitive interface we quickly became comfortable with, RSS feed integration for both our brands, AI-assisted post creation with a custom brand voice, and an unlimited media library. It's also approximately 2,000 CZK/year cheaper than SocialBee. The Professional plan covers everything our team needs for scheduling and collaboration across all platforms.
