Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using Publer for some time now and have moved over from using Orlo and Publer to just using Publer. We have found Publer to be much more cost-effective as it works in the same way as Orlo and has the same publishing and scheduling features at a fraction of the price.

Pros

  • Publer is very easy to schedule social posts across different channels
  • You can easily reuse social posts that have been previously scheduled
  • You can get the analytics of your previous social posts

Cons

  • There is good analytics but these could be improved to provide more insight
  • Reschedule posts can be shown more easily
  • The UI of the dashboard could be improved

Return on Investment

  • We have saved thousands on having one solution instead of two
  • We get much better ROI for planning socials for our client's
  • We get much better value for money with Publer

Their tools automate social posting based on performance and allow you to design and customize them much further than you would regularly be able to on the platforms themselves.

I use Publer for content planning and publishing. I wanted to have one central place, where I can manage what is released where and Publer is the best tool I could find for this.

Ii is really easy to use and affordable for my needs. We are a 2 person team creating educational content.

Pros

  • Content Calendar is arrange really well
  • It is great I can go from Idea to scheduled post all in one software
  • You can watch other profiles on IG and FB and compare how are you doing against them

Cons

  • There is no comments and message agregation - but that is coming soon.
  • The ideation proces could be a bit more smooth. There is a lot of unnecesary saving stuff

  • I spent 3-4 hours a week less on content management and scheduling

Publer helped us create a social media calendar and schedule our posts in advance - very helpful during our busy season when I don't have the ability to get in and create posts every day. It's also been very cost-effective and fits in our limited budget well and is customizable by jhow many social accounts we currently have.
