Good: The user interface is very simple and smooth; the analytics are excellent. The support team is very helpful whenever we reach out. The calendar's drag-and-drop feature is wonderfully convenient.
Bad: There isn’t much to dislike, but if I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to include more data input options for specific platforms. For instance, adding features for Instagram related to music/topics, or for TikTok concerning music. Additionally, while reliance on other apps' APIs for analytics data is understandable, enhancing the information provided could be beneficial. Examples include detailing the number of shares on Instagram/Facebook and distinguishing between paid and organic data on Facebook.

I use Publer to plan content for my accounts as CEO and my company's accounts. I use 10 accounts and so I wanted to have one single place to manage them all. It's simple to use, the dashboard is great the toolbar is simple and the set up is quick. The pricing is also really good, and you can add number of accounts as you go. It's the package which suits me best, and pricing is lower than competition. Thanks Publer!

If you don't want to have a complicated management of different platforms, and don't want to spend too much money on a social media management platform, Publer is the right thing for you. It's easy to use, and you can modify your package as you go, meaning if you want to add or remove accounts, you can do it one by one, no global thing needed. I really needed that, so I recommend it. You can also give access to someone to use it which is very useful for my community manager.

The software integrates with all the major social media platforms and the software is very easy to understand what to do and when. The calendar really helps us understand what the best course of action is for our business.

  • Signing up and getting started is pretty effortless
  • I think it would be great if they had an ability to group accounts together
  • It would be cool to get a notification for posts that didn't get done
I manage a LOT of social media accounts. Their bulk import tool makes this easy for me, and it's really easy to use. I can import 100's of posts for a particular profile or platform in a matter of minutes. Super nice when managing many accounts. All in all it's a very affordable tool as well. I love that you can basically schedule an infinite number of posts. I have years in advance for some.

Publer increases our team efficiency, helps us to keep to our deadlines, and increases overall client satisfaction.

Publer is well-suited for social media management of multiple accounts across multiple platforms. This service allows our organization to schedule our clients' social posts ahead of time and in bulk, increasing team efficiency and customer satisfaction. As of now, this would not be a good fit if you are looking to solely utilize video content, which is not supported at this time.

It provides much more quality content than ChatGPT with the same prompt. It was a bit difficult to find certain features on the mobile site - had to switch to the desktop. It's great for providing engaging posts with relevant hashtags and keywords.

I use Publer to schedule out my LinkedIn posts in advance. That way, I can create content in batches during a focused work session, and then schedule them out over future days.

This helps me avoid getting distracted by LinkedIn every day, so I can be more focused and productive in my work. It also helps me see the future content I've planned much more easily than the native content scheduling tool within LinkedIn.

It's super easy, straight-forward and smooth to use for scheduling content in advance. Also, the calendar provides a visual view of my content, so I can easily see what's coming up next.

The one thing it is lacking is the ability to schedule polls in advance. I do a poll on LinkedIn every Friday, and I still have to use the native scheduler within the website to do that. Other than that though, I use Publer for all my other posts.

Automatic management of social media presence. This allows us to free up our time to do more pressing tasks than repetitive and mundane ones. While there are 1 small limitation I have discovered, overall this app is like having an employee with an extremely low salary that never takes a break for lunch.

I use Publer daily to create and schedule social media content for my own business, and for my clients businesses. Publer addresses the problems of manual scheduling, and allows me to streamline the content creation and posting process. Publer is easy for my clients to learn, and is easy for my clients to approve or disapprove, (with notes) content and allows us the chance to easily rectify and make changes as per the clients wishes.

Publer makes Social media management easy, scheduling out, using multiple platforms and planning out the calendar of marketing adventure, and it is small business targeted. Planning out ahead of time for closed notification, holidays and more is great. Get it all done ahead of time, spend a day on marketing with Publer and get a month done. (At least that’s how I normally do it)

They allow a wide range of integrations with platforms for publishing, and users of Canva will find it easy to import designs ready to use in social posts for cohesive branding. The content calendar is great for planning and reviewing, and I love the ability to recycle evergreen content. It's also super helpful to get notifications that my posting queue is empty, to remind you to add something to it!

This product helps helped optimize planning and scheduling social media posts for my company's accounts across various platforms. They support most (if not all) of the file types I need to upload and the format is very helpful to see everything that I am going to post. The history is very easy to use and super helpful for reposting. The drafts are also a fantastic feature that really help when I'm planning. Overall I really recommend this tool and the price makes it a great value for a tool that helps you optimize your social media management.
  • Provide visuals for past and future social media on calendar.
  • Easy to use.
  • Convenient for scheduling future posts or replies.
  • Convenient for reusing posts.
  • Unless I don't know about it there's no option to see what a post would look like in your existing feed (e.g. instagram).
  • Occasionally I have had issues with things not working (but they do always get fixed).
  • I think the analytics could be a little more detailed, such as what types of engagement a post got.
This tool is valuable for managing social media brand accounts whether you are using 1 account or several. It also can tie in personal accounts which means you can have the company linkedin along with your own and even other people in the organization. There is even the option to use these other accounts to share or comment automatically on posts you are scheduling which is really cool.
