This service is well suited for scenarios where you need to integrate text-to-speech and/or speech-to-text into applications. Within our organisation, it is primarily used by students for development purposes to enable said functionality but is also used to provide accessibility to students who have hearing-related issues. Its multi-language support is also beneficial for our international students who have English as a second language and are therefore able to rapidly translate any text or speech that they do not understand.

It's best for real time transcription and when the meeting is between the two speakers. Word recognition is accurate. Also it's available for various platforms, like cloud, apps, on-premise, API support. Price wise it's much better than other competitors. However, there can be still improvement in filtering noise and improving word accuracy. Language support can be increased further

It provides more flexible plans as compared to others. These plans are affordable for Small and medium-scale enterprises. They also offer free trial. IBM Watson has wider integration support with the help of API. It has very low latency in real time transcription. Also there is a formatting feature to Transcribe dates, times, currency etc as per the desired format
