NAZDAQ
It suited well to work on projects with team members that worked remotely. Especially bigger, more time-consuming projects and the ones with higher visual expectations have had great success with this suite. We used it in teams and had a good workflow going with it so far and would recommend it.

PaperCut Software
We utilise PaperCut from within the education sector where staff and pupils have previously used printing heavily. In one year we spent £650,000 on printing including software, hardware and consumables. For a 1000-5000 user network that is a lot of money to be spending and just isn't sustainable both financially or environmentally. Since deploying PaperCut and modernising our printing fleet we have been able to accurately forecast our expenditure and reduce costs significantly. PaperCut can even tell you how many tree's you saved which is great to share with our end users.

PaperCut Software
PaperCut is simply a solid product. PaperCut has been the ignition our company needed to take control of our budgets and also our carbon footprint. Through software we can manage our printing network with greater efficiency, reduce costs and enable our end users to take responsibility for their printing habits in a controlled way. The software is easy to deploy and integrates well with our windows based systems. We can easily delegate more advanced controls to power users and the controls are compatible with all major MFD hardware vendors.

PaperCut Software
The user community for PaperCut is smaller than other products we use in HR, IT, marketing and project management. We had an account manager assigned to us. Whenever we had any issues we would email him. The account manager was acting as an interface with the developers and other teams. The response times were reasonable.

Alternatives Considered
NAZDAQ
B2Win has had some benefits, better visual aspects and the data transfer was great and easy. Our team has learned to use it very quickly and had no issues using it. Other platforms, such as Google Workspace have a better reputation, more users and their development are faster because of a higher budget. That being said down the road we might switch over to Google again unless B2Win can stay competitive
