BCMS vs. Breeze.pm vs. Planning Center

It provides the best project management. We had used this application for a short term project and it gives complete info and management for the project.

If you are a music/worship leader in a local church, Planning Center will be your absolute best friend. It changed the way I interact with my team, our songs, and our order of worship each week. If you are involved in a small church with a limited budget or you have very few volunteers, Planning Center may offer more than you need

• Breeze is a CRM (customer relationship management) application for freelancers and businesses and It also has a unique feature to track the activity of the projects.
• It can track the project when it’s starting to its ending point. It is also used to track the time for the projects. Mostly, this application is used for freelancers and project managers. It is a database application that is very easy to use.
• Breeze is very easy to use and it can also handle the management for big projects. It is a web-based application available for all devices like mobile phones (androids, iPhones, and IPad), desktops, MAC, and Windows, etc. it can help you to add or remove people from the database groups.

• Planning Center is great for scheduling services.
• I love using Planning Center to schedule volunteers in quarterly time frames.
• Allowing people to confirm or decline assigned positions helps us out.

• Breeze has some disadvantages.
• It does not give access to the users to download the reports of the projects in PDF forms or any other format.
• The chart function of this application is not applicable to detect the curvy paths in the project completion.

• Could improve the "timing" tool (as in, adjusting the time when events start)
• Could add personalization options (as in, the ability to upload a logo for an event)
• Could add a "copy and paste" feature (maybe there is one, but I haven't seen it)

I've not needed to use Planning Center support. In the few instances that I would have thought would "require support," tips and notices popped up on screen letting me know what was happening. There are very VERY few issues that I've found with Planning Center. The interface has been intuitive and powerful, so I've not needed to use their support service.

The layout of these projects and tasks is reliable user-friendly, exceptionally decent, clean, and coordinated.

At one point, I was presented with both Asana and Trello as helpful tools to facilitate teamwork and collaboration amongst a large group of people. However, when it comes to putting on productions/services/events, Planning Center just seemed to have everything we need. I have never really once given thought to moving on from Planning Center. I'm sure Asana and Trello have much to offer, and I did briefly consider the, but Planning Center (for what we needed) was a grand-slam, home run.

• It is the best collaborating tool to oversee line production. A company needs a good managing tool to provide new ideas and promotions.
• This application doesn’t provide fresh information but also recounts the ways how to go through and how to tang the products in the marketplace to produce a successful commercial enterprise.
• Guests can have a safer idea to follow the product’s detail and ranking to get the suitable thing for themselves.

• Reliable and consistent scheduling options for volunteers. Keeps them happy and us staffed.
• Better communication makes for a better planned and executed service.
