Well suited for organizations that are tracked and managing large amounts of candidates across open roles. They have really improved the overall product and it has a lot fewer technical issues, so big or small companies could find it useful.

Broadbean saves the team hours in multiple platform job postings since its integration. in addition to this because it integrates with our CRM we are able to manage applicants for each role in one place as opposed to each individual system/job board. this has freed up time that can be spent elsewhere on other activities.

• Extremely easy to post, detail, and edit job postings on multiple jobs boards instantly.
• Customer service and the help center are friendly and responsive.

• The Chrome Extension could really use some work: very buggy and it's pretty common for candidates that are already in our system to not show up as such in the Extension.
• The internal searching features are limited: we have a massive database that is really hard to access.

Broadbean is the only tool we as a business have come across that brings most job boards together in terms of posting adverts and managing the influx of applicants. This works better and provides a greater ROI than using Indeed for example because this system forces you to manage your applicants within their built-in CRM as opposed to integrating with your own. This means more time is spent form filling and saving CV's etc than needed if you want to get a candidate into your company database.
