Overall Satisfaction with Broadbean
We use Broadbean integrated with our CRM (Bullhorn) this allows us to post job ads to multiple websites and manage applicants all in one place. historically we used this as a separate entity but since the integration, with Bullhorn it has been such a time saver!

- Applicant tracking
- Multiple platform posting
- Job description design, headers etc would be nice to have
- tech support needs improvement - queries take too long sometimes
- CRM integration
- Great price
- Worth the money as so much more time can now be spent on other revenue generating activities
- tricky to set up with Xing initially and very little support
- Needs very little maintenancer when set up
Broadbean is the only tool we as a business have come across that brings most job boards together in terms of posting adverts and managing the influx of applicants. This works better and provides a greater ROI than using Indeed for example because this system forces you to manage your applicants within their built-in CRM as opposed to integrating with your own. This means more time is spent form filling and saving CV's etc than needed if you want to get a candidate into your company database.
