Support is quick to resolve issues, and the Code Red team during recovery is calming during the whole process. Return on Investment	Genie9 No answers on this topic	Kaseya We are able to offer our customers a relatively inexpensive offsite data storage option that can also act as a stop-gap if they were to have major hardware failures we have not had any negative impacts from Datto The ease of installation/setup of Datto Alto has enabled us to mail out the device to a customer and have them plug it into their network to save us time delivering and setting up if the customer was a long distance from us.
