A big organization. Where documents need to be shared or viewed by multiple parties. Easy upload and understanding with very little training needed. This helps workflows and saves time. We did run into issues where there was no multi language option

The files are easily customized and editing of different project documents and easy handling of multiple project files easily without risking any document or any business information. Dokmee ECM allows the team to work together through various projects and easy to access drawings and many other files from remote areas and also the uploading is effective.

The simple design of BlinkDMS is my preference. Especially when it comes to new employees. Currently using Dropbox and we struggle to find things where more frequently than when I had used BlinkDMS.
