BlinkDMS vs. SOHODOX

A big organization. Where documents need to be shared or viewed by multiple parties. Easy upload and understanding with very little training needed. This helps workflows and saves time. We did run into issues where there was no multi language option

It is a perfect solution for small business document management that features all tools which are needed to manage electronic and paper documents more efficiently. It lets you scan, index, organize, store, search and manage documents.

It's easy to operate.

The simple design of BlinkDMS is my preference. Especially when it comes to new employees. Currently using Dropbox and we struggle to find things where more frequently than when I had used BlinkDMS.

• Very scalable, but only to a certain level (1-15 users or so max).
• Interface and usability are user-friendly, without sacrificing features and power.
• Advanced tagging and searching allows users to save documents and organize them "their way" without forcing specific workflows.
