I have found CoreIntegrator to work well for our needs as an Accounts Payable workflow solution. The system was implemented with very little internal technical assistance. It can be administered by a business user without a great deal of technical knowledge because the CI support staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

• Good sandbox (though missing some features).
• Stable, works quite well.
• Continuously improving.
• Great webinars, information sharing.
• Economic.
• A company of people.

• Launch support was lacking. They did help with initial setup but after that, it was tough to get questions addressed.
• Reporting is robust but complicated.

Sometimes we receive slow responses.

Merchant e solutions has a truly awful admin website and is clunky to use. There are almost no options for customization. Bluesnap allows configuration to fit our needs and a much better customer service experience.
